Support Groups/Workshops

Hope Rising offers Therapeutic Support Groups and both Educational Mental Health Workshops and Experiential Mental Health Workshops that use the creative arts like music, art, and yoga therapy to help you on your mental health journey. All workshops are free and all youth and adults are welcome! Simply fill out the registration form below to let us know that you will be attending.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, creed, or spiritual practices!
