Shannon Reinhardt
Executive Director, Hope Rising

Shannon brings proven gifts for leadership, communications, and volunteer empowerment. Shannon has served for 23yrs caring for this community. She has been instrumental in launching recovery programs, expanding outreach initiatives, and sharing the mission through multifaceted communication. Shannon is a relational leader who is passionate about connecting people with resources which will empower them to experience health and freedom. She finds herself humbled and grateful for the opportunity to come along-side others in their journey of recovery and mental health.

Jen Evans, LGPC
Licensed Therapist, Hope Rising

Jennifer graduated from Towson University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. She has 18 years of counseling experience, including 14 years working in the Carroll County School System where she provided individual, group and family counseling. She has also worked with adults in Baltimore City, hospitalized adults at HCGH, and served as a Red Cross Volunteer counselor on the Disaster Mental Health Team.

Jen's heart and passion is for the mental health and recovery of our community.

Rev. Dr. Jenny Smith is passionate about serving all people's journey through life's struggles towards abundant health. Pastor Jenny served for many years in the Celebrate Recovery Community and has a doctorate degree in wholistic wellness. Pastor Jenny is available for one-on-one appointments to discuss how your relationship with God impacts your wellness.
